Jennifer Jiggetts is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Jennifer Jiggetts Jewelry. A lifelong jewelry maker, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Lesotho from 2012–2014, where she co-founded a school jewelry project that helped fund a community water pump and support girls’ education. Today, she collaborates with Basotho artisans to create sustainable jewelry using seshoeshoe materials and relocated operations to Lesotho in 2025 to work more closely with her community and supply chain. Her mission is to create joyful, meaningful jewelry while empowering marginalized communities through entrepreneurship and economic opportunity.

SHIPPING INFO
Jennifer Jiggetts Jewelry meticulously handcrafts each piece from our design studios in America and Africa. We offer shipping on all domestic orders, which are fulfilled by our friends at Crawford Creatives in the U.S. Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail, Monday through Saturday, and typically arrive within five to seven business days, unless otherwise noted.
International orders generally take a month or longer, depending on customs processing and the destination country. Please be aware that we are currently navigating supply chain and tariff considerations in Africa and will notify you promptly if any issues arise with your order.
Jennifer Jiggetts Jewelry is not responsible for lost items, customs delays, or international duties/fees applied to orders.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Jennifer Jiggetts Jewelry, we strive to provide you with the highest level of satisfaction and do not anticipate the need for returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for unopened items in their original packaging.
Customers must initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving their order by emailing jenniferjiggettsjewelry@gmail.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns. Packages sent without an RMA number will not be processed. Once we receive your return, we will notify you.
